Professional Summary
Patricia Kenny holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2025, and a Fine Arts Diploma from the Ottawa School of Art. Her work has been exhibited extensively throughout the Ottawa region and beyond, including solo exhibitions at the John M. Parrott Gallery in Belleville and the Ottawa School of Art, as well as numerous juried and curated group exhibitions. Her recent interdisciplinary work brings together photography, performance, textile, installation, and video. Her current project, Ophelia Emerging / Ophelia, Becoming, engages with the retelling of an enduring female narrative through embodied performance and photographic and textile exploration. Patricia was awarded the Louise Perry Scholarship, Photographic Arts Award, by the University of Ottawa and has received numerous other awards and scholarships.
